Le suivi est génial, le SAV réactif rien à dire
Ottima app con un utilizzo intuitivo, sicuramente ci sono sempre cose da migliorare e aggiungere ma al momento siamo soddisfatti. Servizio clienti via chat generalmente rapido e risolve le richieste in breve tempo.
Le site Sendcloud est vraiment fonctionnel et bien optimisé pour gagner du temps a la creation d'etiquette de transport. Le point negatif pour ma part est qu'il est impossible de savoir combien on va payez reelement le transport au final , car les transporteur ajoute des taxe qui sortent de je ne sais que chapeau magique , et parfois des taxe car il y'a un probleme de quelque centimetre sur le colis le prix peut etre tres salé. Donc oui pour Sendcloud et non a la transparence des transporteur qui ne joue vraiment pas le jeu pour nous aider..
