Goede integratie, nooit problemen mee.
Wij versturen al vele jaren via deze partij middels de integratie met Shopify. Deze integratie werkt eigenlijk feilloos. Sendcloud heeft echt zelden nooit een storing en wanneer dat wel het geval is wordt dit netjes gecommuniceerd of snel opgelost. Op het moment dat er iets fout gaat met een zending mag de response soms wel wat sneller zijn (ze zijn natuurlijk ook afhankelijk van de vervoerder) maar je wilt je klant namelijk graag op de hoogte houden.

Zeer gebruiksvriendelijk systeem dat ons veel tijd en administratie bespaart. Bestellingen worden soepel verwerkt en verzonden zonder gedoe. De interface is overzichtelijk en makkelijk te gebruiken. Bij vragen of leveringsproblemen reageert de helpdesk snel en oplossingsgericht. Een echte aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een efficiënte en betrouwbare verzendoplossing.
