Paying $20/month for absolutely nothing. On it's best day, the Sell by Weight App will take 5 minutes to load on your POS and slow you down. On it's worst day, it shows a blank screen or opens to the 'set up' screen. We have found it to be incredibly frustrating and now it doesn't work at all. We have not been able to use it since last week when they "updated it" and seemingly broke it. We opened a support case which hopefully gets resolved soon, as we are paying for this service. Our biggest barrier to migrating to shopify was solving for being able to sale by weight. This app has been phenomenal for us. It slows our POS process down slightly, but the outcome has been very worth it and the performance of the app has been overall very stable once we got up and running Show more
