I've been trialling Scan Picker for the past week and have been impressed by its clean interface and how smoothly it integrates with the Shopify order screen. This alone sets it apart from a similar app we're currently using. Scan Picker is fast and easy to use, with a few handy extras like bin locations and product notes. It even supports our existing metafield bin locations, so our warehouse locations show up instantly with no onboarding required. During testing, we suggested four new features - including saving partially picked orders, and showing stock availability etc - and the developers have been highly responsive and open to feedback. I almost had to make my own app costing thousands. Scan Picker solved all my problems because Dylan adjusted a few things for me. He responds quickly. I can now delete all my other fulfillment and restocking apps. I also like how my team has to select their name before packing so now each order is tagged with who picked it. Show more
