We needed a few reports to replicate some of the numbers we were able to see on our old Wordpress site. After trying a variety of other apps, we found that Report Pundit was the one able to do what we wanted--almost. Since we imported most of our data, we had one or two little issues that were getting in the way. However, when we talked to the customer service reps on the app's live chat, we simply described the issue, and they literally changed the coding of the reports to pull the EXACT data we needed! And that wasn't the first time we got swift, direct help for our issues. The few features the app lacks is more than made up by the flexibility allowed by having a team willing to go the extra mile in giving you the report data you need. Show more
