My experience with the support team — especially Toheeb — has been absolutely amazing. I'm not a tech expert, and I often struggle to get the most out of new apps. But thanks to Toheeb’s patient and knowledgeable support, I not only got the app set up correctly but now fully understand its potential. If it weren’t for his help, I probably wouldn’t have kept the app installed — but after today, I can confidently say this is one of the best apps on Shopify for boosting sales and increasing AOV.
