Prehook: Quiz Funnel Builder

This app had been a game changer for my skincare store. Recently, I have been unable to access customer data. I have made several attempts to contact them in the last 2 months but they have not replied any of my emails. Sadly, I would have to delete the app after nearly 2 years of delivering great results. Update I was contacted and made aware that they had not received any of my numerous emails. The issue was promptly rectified and in addition my account has been credited with 2 months subscription. I love the design of this app and I felt the pricing was better than other quiz apps, I meant to migrate over to this app from another but the recommendation algorithms don't seem to work very well and it was just too much of a hassle in the end to set it up properly. I'd give 3 stars, it probably would work well for simpler quizzes with straightforward responses, but I gave 2 because we were charged $45 for the app even though we had no completions(never went live). Not only is Prehook generating great revenue for our business but the Founder jumped on a zoom call with he to help me optimize our current strategy. If you're on the fence, pull the trigger. These guys and their app is the real deal. Show more
