Installed the app a week ago and followed all the instructions. It doesn't work at all. It's been incredibly hard to get a hold of support, after multiple emails and live chats they just keep saying they're flagging the issue to their developers. To make matters worse, part of their product is broken: "Currently, our crawling bot is experiencing an issue. We are actively working to resolve this matter. Once the issue is fixed, you will regain access to the leaked discount code data." Show more

Simple set up, that solves a huge problem for ourselves, but all merchants. Stopping Honey from injecting codes into my checkout was an easy win. But I think the real magic with this app is the crawling of coupon sites so I now can see all the leaked codes we have and take care of them. Support is fantastic and Marc has been one of the easiest to work with. Show more
