Zepto Product Personalizer

Zepto’s support was quick, helpful and genuinely effective. They understood the issue, involved their developer and fixed something we couldn’t access from our side. The pricing now updates correctly, and their communication throughout was clear and responsive. Thank you!

Wonderful app that allows us to sell our personalized collection. Plenty of features that help sell personalized product and just what we needed. The support staff has been great helping fix every issue we encounter. Thank you!

**Outstanding Support — Thank You, Muhtasim!** I wanted to give a special shoutout to **Muhtasim** from Zepto's support team for his exceptional help! We had been spending hours trying to troubleshoot a particularly frustrating issue with our live personalization preview. After reaching out to Zepto, Muhtasim responded quickly, understood the problem, and went beyond simply offering suggestions—he actually implemented a custom fix that addressed the issue across both our live and preview themes. What we had spent hours going in circles trying to resolve, he was able to tackle remarkably quickly. It's refreshing to work with a support team that's not only responsive and knowledgeable but also willing to take the initiative to solve a problem. Thank you, Muhtasim, for your outstanding service and for making a complicated issue so much easier. It's greatly appreciated!

The 24/7 customer chat is extremely helpful when getting feedback as opposed to emailing and waiting for a response. I was very surprised how quickly they diagnosed and resolved an issue with the compatibility with my theme. My issue involved dynamic pricing on the product page and they tested, diagnosed and resolved the issue within a minute. They do try hard to provide good customer service.

Zepto is great. I needed help at 1:00 in the morning and they delivered. Great staff, great app. Thank you!
