Just what I've been looking for to help with the new US tariffs! I had a little bit of a configuration issue and despite dropping an email to support at the weekend the team responded, Angie, Polina and Vitali are all amazing. There was investigation, follow ups, clear communication, and most of all, care. All the things that make great customer support.
