I installed this app the other day to test it out. Unfortunately for me it was missing a feature I really needed so I had to uninstall it. But I am writing this review because of their support. My store was experiencing a serious issue this week and I thought it was because of code left behind in this app. It turned out that this app had absolutely NOTHING to do with my store issue but when I reached out, Anton responded back to me within about 30 minutes late at night. Even though I was no longer a customer of his and even though he knew his app was not the issue, Anton continued to work with me in real time for the next hour and a half to help me determine the root cause of my store's issue and to ensure it was resolved for me. What incredible service that shows Anton just cares about me and my business period - does not matter whether I am a paying customer or not. If this app or any other app by Sovi can work for you, I highly suggest adding it just based on the care and the customer support/service alone.
