Prediko Inventory Management

Prediko is a very helpful tool for managing our stock and purchase orders. It’s easy to use and saves us a lot of time. The support team is always kind and quick to reply — special thanks to Amar for the great help!

The support is awesome. They also have the AI chat help feature. This feature is quickly becoming a dealbreaker for me when working with new softwares. They've got a great demand and supply plan, with just enough editing features to be effective. The PO management system is great as well. They've thought through a lot of the most important features. This is an excellent, updated, and simple app to use for such a complicated thing like demand planning and purchase management. I've been really happy with it! We have a lot of ingredients to purchase for some of our products and they have a great PO process for this as well. It's not too simple, not too difficult. Highly recommend if you still have a small team but need to start doing inventory planning.

This app is exactly what I needed to manage my inventory better. I love being able to see the "health" of every SKU, and filter in so many different ways to be able to see the data and act on it. We have had challenges with being overstocked on some items and too often out of stock with others, and Prediko is going to solve that. Setting it all up took some time, but was well worth the effort. We are syncing with ShipHero, and that's been a great integration. The support team answered all my questions and solved my issues with patience. Great product.

Quick and easy support and clear reporting

Great experience. Very user-friendly system that save lots of paper works. Easy filter function for reordering items. Very impressed on the supplier detail set up. Not perfect on the PO editing function, but it's good enough prepare the PO and sync the stock with Shopify. Amazing support via chat box and email response within hour. Quick and effectively support on the set up.
