Ontzettend buggy, zendingen naar buitenland zijn een drama met nu al weken verschillende bugs. Support is echt de laagste kwaliteit die ik ooit ervaren heb, de "consultant" haalt verschillende cases door elkaar, heeft me een "fix" laten uitvoeren waardoor ik alle historische orders opnieuw moest maken omdat ze niet meer verstuurd konden worden, heeft duidelijk geen flauw idee waar echt problemen liggen en weigert in te gaan op verzoeken voor escalatie of extra support. Ik heb veel meegemaakt maar het niveau van deze jongen is echt bedroevend.

Prima support via de servicedesk en de app doet in basis wat je nodig hebt. Wel in de gaten houden dat je voor de optie Afhaalpunt tegenwoordig Shopify Professional in combinatie met jaarbetaling nodig hebt (i.v.m. Carrier Calculated Shipping). Wellicht is dat meer iets dat vanuit Shopify wordt veroorzaakt/afgedwongen maar toch wel jammer. Show more
Ik kan labels aanmaken voor mijn klanten, echter zijn er 3 grote problemen met deze app. Allereerst kan ik de bestellingen wel exporteren maar de aangemaakte labels nergens terug vinden op het moment dat ik het pdf bestand heb weg geklikt, ten tweede is het niet mogelijk om de orders automatisch op afgehandeld te zetten zodra de labels zijn aangemaakt zodat de klant weet dat deze al voorgemeld is en het track & trace nummer alvast heeft, ten derde werkt de retour label functie niet aangezien klanten geen label ontvangen.
