Pictorem: Art Print On Demand

I love this app! Uploading my images and generating wall art listings has never been easier. The automated size options and variety of printing mediums make it a breeze to manage my art store. Plus, the dropshipping feature saves me so much time. Highly recommend!

I had trouble getting my Pictorem and Shopify integration working properly, possibly because I had a domain name change during set-up. I ended up getting charged twice for the one-time app fee while trouble-shooting integration and it's been difficult to get the second charge refunded. Shopify and Pictorem both point to each other for providing the refund, so I've had to go to my credit card provider to dispute the duplicate charge.

Easy to use and save a lot of time creating my art. Great product variety and my customers are pleased with the overall quality. It took some time to understand all the options, but the export process is easy now. When you do a change on pricing on Pictorem, it doesn't reflect on Shopify, but as long as we are aware it's a "one time" export as a product listing, i am fine with it and i manage every product update on shopify. Good app to recommend for easily selling art online!

I've been using Pictorem for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my art business. I was happy to find this app with all the variations of Art prints it offers, but was completely disappointed after placing a test order. First of all I found out there was no real integration and I couldn't export my order to Pictorem directly from Shopify. I contacted customer service with the questions how should I go about it - 2 weeks past and I still haven't got an answer to my inquiry. If it was real customer order I would be issuing refund and loosing a customer and money. I'm removing this app from my store and do not recommend it to anyone who is serious about their business.
