Really love the Order Editing! Customers get the benefit of making adjustments needed in a very convenient and easy way within an hour of placing their order. So many times customers check out using a payment that has an old email address or shipping address but this app lets them make changes without having to reach out to customer service. The opportunity to add product to the order after checking out is awesome too! We love seeing the upsell revenue generated post purchase. This app would be great if it actually worked. We had multiple customers cancel their orders and have it NOT come through on the back end, so we shipped the orders anyway. I reached out to customer support and was told it was fixed, only to have it happen again. This has cost us hundreds of dollars in product that isn't returned to us, and the cost of shipping/returns for the customers that DID return it. I don't trust that any part of this app is working.
