a team member brought this app up as a suggestion of a way to mitigate/minimize the amount of tickets we get regarding people entering their address wrong, ordering the wrong item, and so on. Packages going to the wrong address, people ordering incorrectly, etc...can be costly for us as a business, from a shipping/reverse logistics standpoint, and from the perspective of team hours spent dealing with these customer errors.
