I had Offerly installed for about three weeks with no issues on its own. However, two of my pre-order apps started malfunctioning inexplicably. Since Offerly seemed to be working fine, I was surprised to learn from developer from another company that it might be the culprit. Sure enough, disabling Offerly immediately resolved the issue with the pre-order apps and information and prices being displayed to customers - which is a HUGE deal. As a workaround, I created a collection with tags and a contact link directly on my site, eliminating the need for Offerly's integration. Given that Offerly served a seemingly minor function on my site, yet caused such a significant impact (entire pages not working), I decided against contacting them. Show more
We liked this application very much and think it is very functional, but I would also like to touch upon some issues that I find lacking. 1. Different languages should be supported. 2. Different designs should also be created for customers. 3. It would be more logical for customers who want to buy more than one piece of the same product to specify the discount amount based on the total price of the product rather than the unit price.
