Offerly is the perfect solution for our online store. We are able to provide a discount based on a percentage. And, the emails are pre populated which makes it so easy to set up. The best part is the real-time interaction with the customer. The customer clicks the 'make an offer' button, I have already set the discount threshold to 10% (as an example) and the customer makes an offer that is 15% off. In seconds the customer sees the discounted price with a link that takes them to the cart. And, there is email follow up, with the link, so they might come back. I have tried other apps - this is the best if you want to offer a discount and not get stuck in negotiations. Highly recommend! The customer support is incredibly fast and helpful, too. Show more
The app works well and has increased our sales by allowing potential buyers to make an offer on our products (antiques and collectibles). I was using another app previously and feel that Offerly works as well and charges significantly lower fees. During the setup I experienced a problem due to some edits I did to several java scripts that were suggested by others to increase speed.
