Offerly is the perfect solution for our online store. We are able to provide a discount based on a percentage. And, the emails are pre populated which makes it so easy to set up. The best part is the real-time interaction with the customer. The customer clicks the 'make an offer' button, I have already set the discount threshold to 10% (as an example) and the customer makes an offer that is 15% off. In seconds the customer sees the discounted price with a link that takes them to the cart. And, there is email follow up, with the link, so they might come back.
