This app has been a solid solution for our Shopify–Odoo integration. The support team is highly experienced and technically knowledgeable. We explored creating an odoo website, but did not like the limitations of a more wysiwg site, and ended up developing our site with next js and the odoo ecommerce (at the time) wasn't capable of sitting headlessly within that site. We already have been using Shopify for ... 10 years? so that also meant we didnt have to migrate our data into Odoo but we had struggled for the last 6 years or so with inventory levels syncing to Odoo as we also sell outside of shopify (mainly). But also we had so many duplication of contacts/orders and admin. We explored a solution through Odoo app which was very expensive and looked terrible (clunky, prone to breaking) and nearly invested in that despite its issues until we came across this. What a haven! It is very consistent and pretty reliable (especially considering the complex nature of our set up). When we do have a bug (we've had some variants not displaying the correct quantity, or pulling through differently from the shopify order into odoo), but when we've contacted Tech Marbles they are very diligent, quickly reviewing and troubleshooting to develop a solution. (For scale of this, at the moment we dont have any issues for several months, and have only had 3-4 over the past year.)

I've been using this integration between Odoo and Shopify for almost a year now and, honestly, it's a game-changer! The features are simple but effective and above all, the team was responsive. The integration works for both Odoo → Shopify synchronization as for Shopify → Odoo.
