If I could give it 10 stars I would. This is a MUST have app for any e-commerce site. We went from having multiple fraud issues to none at all. There are still ways for fraudsters to try to use our/your site as a test so constant communication with the app team is the best. They are SUPER knowledgeable and always willing to help by changing some of the necessary settings to prevail the fraudsters as they get smarter, but never better than NOFRAUD! I can't say enough about them and their team.
I find the App is to sensitive and cancelling genuine orders. Its probably costing me more in lost / cancelled orders that fraud orders. I wait to see what NF have to say about my issues. Show more
