the customer support never replies. I ordered for a customer a necklace, io paid the necklace and the monthly feee and the necklace is not shipped yet and after several messaged they never replied. So it looks a total scam to me!

I started using it back when it was a free app. They did have nice products, but I can't justify the $30 per month price tag. Maybe I'll get it again someday when my revenue can balance out the cost. Giving it 3 stars because it was not a bad service and the support was great.
