Navidium Shipping Protection is a great app and so much better than Route, in my opinion. It puts the power back into the seller's hands to provide customers with excellent service and 100% claim approval. With Route, our claim approval was under 25% with many mad customers. So much better than money-hungry R#@te who denied any revenue sharing when we threatened to leave because so many competitors were offering it. We wanted to support a local brand, but it was clear that they did not want to work with us and keep us as a customer. It was all about making money for them and in the end, they lost out because we left. We didn't even switch to a new provider for the past 6 months. That's how pissed we were.
