We would highly recommend Navidium for shipping protection. We have used other popular services and Navidium is better in everyway. The other guys made it more difficult for us and our customers. They wanted customers to download their app and made our customers file police reports in order to initiate a claim. I've used their un-named competitors' offering, and they are horrible. They made it very difficult for users to receive reimbursement as they constantly made denials.
