It is a brilliant app that makes damaged, lost or stolen package claims easy peasy to process while providing extra revenue for our business, instead of taking said revenue from us. The app is user-friendly and the claims process is intuitive and takes barely a minute to complete. Before choosing this app we researched other choices and found Navidium's feedback and overall business strategy to be the most beneficial for our business and customers. Super easy and allows you to customize the name of your shipping protection as well as color and icon. Also love it because it allows us to handle our own claims. With Route, customers would email us first anyway, so it was a hassle directing them to another service. With Navidium we can just handle it. Show more
