It is a brilliant app that makes damaged, lost or stolen package claims easy peasy to process while providing extra revenue for our business, instead of taking said revenue from us. The app is user-friendly and the claims process is intuitive and takes barely a minute to complete. Before choosing this app we researched other choices and found Navidium's feedback and overall business strategy to be the most beneficial for our business and customers.
