I would like to say up front that we were using Route shipping protection until we were notified one day that the rates were going up by 50%. This was a unilateral move by Route and we weren't engaged in any discussion leading up to the rate hike announcement. Immediately upon receipt of this notice I informed Route that "we were out." Route responded that the message was 'sent by mistake' . . . I don't know what you think about that but, as for me, Route completely lost my trust. After our departure from Route we looked around for alternative shipping protection solutions. We were delighted to find Navidium, primarily because it put control of our shipping protection in our hands, rather than a 3rd party. Since implementing Navidium we have had a more streamlined and seamless relationship in resolving shipping problems for our customers. Our customers are happier, therefore, we are happier.
