They have plenty of designs ready to roll and you can also create your own. I have complete confidence in them and hope to create lots more designs. Be Careful with My Easy Monogram – They Took My Money I’ve been using My Easy Monogram, Zonekraft, and Teelaunch together to ship my orders. I choose between them depending on where the order is going and how fast it needs to arrive. I sell to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, so I never rely on just one provider — it’s too risky. But recently, I had a terrible experience with My Easy Monogram. A customer canceled an order just 5 hours after placing it, and I contacted them right away to cancel and get a refund. They refused, even though the item wasn’t made or shipped yet. They just kept my money. That’s not right. Honestly, this felt like a scam. And I believe many of the 5-star reviews on their app are fake. My experience was the opposite — no support, no help, no refund. Since then, I’ve been relying more on Zonekraft and Teelaunch. They’re both amazing. Zonekraft ships in 1–3 days to the USA, Canada, and Europe, and they always respond quickly. If you’re selling products like metal signs, don’t put all your trust in one supplier. Use multiple providers and protect your business. You can find many great ones online — just search. My advice: avoid My Easy Monogram. Save your money.

Excellent app, product and customer service! Needed some adjustments with the personalization widget for custom metal signs and their team answered promptly and was a breeze to get implemented! If your into metal artwork i would highly recommend using this app for your shopify store. All around amazing experience!
