Every time we've contacted support, a knowledgeable technical person (usually Patrick) has directly interacted with us and kindly and efficiently helped us troubleshoot our workflows and resolve any questions or issues. Because Arigato is such a powerful tool, you may experience a bit of a learning curve with the user interface at first, but support can help with this, and you'll thank yourself later for sticking with it.
