MailerLite Email Automation

The tags are not working properly. Automations not sending due to tags not working. I contacted support and have been waiting 3 weeks for a resolution.

Absolutely horrible. I wasted 2 weeks and got zero sales from my emails. This has never happened before in 13-years using various email platforms. Support is a total joke and even though I only used 1/4 of my email credits they refused to give me any kind of a refund.

The plugin connects correctly. I do like Mailerlite the program. But this plugin lacks basic features such as importing and synchronizing tags. Without tags It's pretty difficult to categories the customers

It took e a while to understand how to make things work, but I also don't really have much knowledge in this field. I started to use it this week, it seems easy enough to understand and follow along with stats. I was looking for a system to send e-mail newsletters and I think I finally managed to do it :)

Not easy to use. There are many glitches and server errors when trying to set up the pop-ups and automations. It's been over a week. Time to cut my losses and move on.
