Loop has been refreshing to work with, and from engineering to product to finance we all highly recommend it. We're not small, and we were on a very well-known subscription platform that wasn't cutting it (too slow to change/evolve/improve, built on outdated architecture, etc.). We ran a competitive process, took a really good look at all the major players and decided on Loop. They've been everything we hoped for: super responsive and nimble in making customizations/improvements, but also stable and secure with never any down time or issues. Just like any tool, they don't have everything built out for every use case in advance, but we're finding more and more that when we want something from Loop that's important to the business, they're either already working on it or can get it on their short-term roadmap. And they actually deliver, vs. our experience in the past where our salesperson and account rep were great but always relied on some committee or team or process, and nothing ever actually got done on a reasonable timeline.
