Channelize Live Shopping & UGC

Lots of promises were made but I found this to be very limited, no landscape mode, and the live stream video content is locked behind a complicated pay-wall (there is no simple method to download your own content). I found we are better off using an existing platform like Facebook or Instagram or using an RTMP service and skip this app altogether. This app has been a game changer with our online audience. We've been using it to promote our holiday products, gift sets and bundles. It's been a great way to connect with our customers and to answer their questions in real time. Prior to using the Live Shopping feature I was using IG stories to connect with our audience which didn't translate to sales that could be measured. I love the capabilities of this app and I have recommended it to all of my friends who sell their products online. Show more

We are using Channelize for our Skincare Masterclasses. The shopping experience is seamless and doesn't distract our customers from the educational part of the video content. There are a few functionalities that could still be added to the app, like native multi-host support, upload of recorded videos, and minor video editing and trimming of the replay.
