What the app is supposed to do and the possibility to have the developer(s) customize the app for my specific needs sounds awesome. Having tens of thousands of of SKUs and not being able to confidently sync inventory without dealing with overselling among other issues is just not a headache I want to deal with. It's possible that they will fix these issues in the future, but at this time it's simply unusable as it doesn't do what it advertises it does.

This is an updated review from my earlier feedback. I initially ran into several issues during installation and setup, but the support team has been excellent in helping me get everything running smoothly. The app now works exactly as it should. The user interface is also far superior to other eBay Shopify sync apps I’ve tried making it quick and easy to link products.
