Trotz mehrfacher Tickets und Prüfungen von JTL: Es gibt keinen Abgleich mit der Wawi. Erst wurde der Versand nicht bestätigt. Dann einige Wochen später zusätzlich keine Bestände mehr übermittelt und jetzt seit 2 Monaten kommen auch keine Bestellungen mehr in der Wawi an. Total nutzlos und keine Hilfe von JTL oder Shopify. Jeder sagt, dass der andere Schuld wäre. Und ich bin der Dumme der bezahlt und keine Leistung erhält.
Seit Tagen haben wir massive Probleme mit dem JTL ERP-Connector für Shopify. JTL verweist auf Shopify, Shopify wiederum auf JTL – eine echte Endlosschleife. Keiner der beiden fühlt sich zuständig, obwohl wir für beide Systeme bezahlen. Besonders frustrierend: Beide Anbieter betonen stets, wie wichtig ihnen Kundenzufriedenheit und Support seien – in der Praxis erleben wir leider das Gegenteil. Wir sind nun gezwungen, nach Alternativen zu suchen. Sehr schade.
Leider ist die Integration schlecht umgesetzt. JTL WAWI ist an sich eine gute Warenwirtschaft, aber hier wird meiner Meinung nach absichtlich wenig Energie in die Entwicklung gesteckt, um den eigenen JTL Shop zu pushen. Aktuell kann man aus JTL nur eine Sprache zu Shopify schicken, obwohl wir 7 hinterlegt haben. Das Feature war für Q4/2023 geplant und seitdem meldet sich JTL nicht mehr dazu. Fehler werden nicht abgefangen und sorgen für Exceptions und des ganze Sync ist nicht mehr möglich inkl. Bestellungen und Bestandabgleichen. Leider ist der Connectur nur Mangelhaft und heutzutage sollte man für einen Connector auch keine monatliche Gebühr mehr zahlen müssen. Show more
