We have been working with HyperSKU since 2025, and Niki has been an incredibly valuable partner to our brand throughout our journey. The HyperSKU platform itself is also straightforward, easy to use, and makes managing our orders and operations simple. One example that particularly stood out was when we experienced inconsistent quality from our previous branding factory. Niki took our concerns seriously, helped us source alternatives, and supported us through the process of switching to a new branding factory that could better meet our standards. He also handles post-purchase and fulfillment issues with the same level of care, working closely with us to understand what went wrong and find a fair resolution rather than simply closing the case. For a growing brand, how problems are handled is just as important as how things go when everything is running smoothly.
