I have been using the free version of this app for my jewelry business. It's a great incentive for customers to return and place more orders. I love the customer service here. EVERY single time I have asked for help I have had very patient and polite, resourceful people who genuinely made me feel like they wanted to resolve any issues I had. Most of my issues were not with the app but e.g. how to get rid of bots or how to eliminate dormant customers who use up space but don't show activities. Sergey, who helped me "declutter" my members did all of this on his end always checking in to make sure he does exactly what I had in mind, offering suggestions I would not have thought of myself. Really recommend this app. Can't wait to have more than 500 active members to justify paying for the upgrade. Show more
We’ve been using this app for three years straight. It’s very easy to set up, offers great value for money, and the team has been consistently adding new functionality over time.
