Very helpful service to customize my bundles!
I have just set up this app, and it is very intuitive and easy to get started. Shri was very helpful with the initial set up with recommendations for my specific needs, and even did some quick custom work. I have not given this app 5 stars yet as I have only just set this up. I will update my review once we start seeing our AOV climb!
The app itself is good, but I'm unhappy with the support. I reported an issue and they haven't fixed it or communicated with me. At a minimum, let me know whether you plan to address the problem so I can decide whether to continue using the app. I'm really disappointed by the support-if the team keeps acting this way, I can't recommend this app.
The app is really nice to use with many options, including translation, styles and layout. When you need support it is very prompt and professional. Go and try the free plan now.
