Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

Don't waste your money on this inferior product. We are an Etsy shop with over 100,000 sales and thought the enterprise solution might be good for us. In January 2026, after the sales call, we were promised so many things, and after spending $5,000 on the enterprise solution (1 year) being promised so many things and features would be available, I removed the app after just 7 months. Even if you don't need the enterprise solution for your shop, please know that there are other apps out there that integrate better and are less expensive on the lower tiers than CEDCommerce. We only went with them because they were one of the apps endorsed by Etsy, but they are, in my experience, the very worse. Don't fall for any promises that customer service is 24/7 or that tickets will be updated within a day. Expect a significant language barrier both In communications and any written work that is completed- We found spelling and grammatical errors in product listings, items in the wrong category, and multiple additional issues. We switched to a competing app and are paying a small fraction of this for a wonderful experience. They are also refusing to refund the remainder of the year, despite not fulfilling their promises win the contract. In 11 years of business, this is one of the most disappointing business decisions I've made. Will also be contacting Etsy support. It's shocking that Etsy has endorsed these guys. Don't waste your money or time here!

CED Commerce used to work okay for Etsy integration, unfortunately this is no longer the case. For the past 6 months I've been having constant issues with products not syncing correctly, which causes loss of revenue or product being oversold. They would promise to fix this every time but never had a solution and this issue kept happening. Today I was informed that for any products with different international pricing enabled on Etsy, the software will not sync stock quantities at all. I was offered a refund for 2 months of the service not working, only got a bill reversed for the current month starting a couple of days prior. I will update if a refund comes through.

App was working great then boom...it was not. When I contacted support I got pretty terrible support on ticket 154012. That said, Utkarsh provided fantastic help and seems to have got our account working again...much appreciated!

What a good communication, Bhavya helped me a lot with my problems very patiently.
