Melhor envio não funciona e não aparece na parte de "taxas de transportadoras" como mostra no tutorial, mesmo que tenho a função habilitada, testei a Frenet e funcionou, então o problema está aí e nao consigo ninguem para auxiliar Show more
Não recomendamos de forma alguma. Atenção aos motivos: - A integração com os Correios não funciona corretamente: para a loja que possui contrato com os Correios, a cotação informada pelo app é, em média, 40% superior ao preço real dos Correios. - As regras de frete ofertadas pelo App não funcionam adequadamente. As regras de desconto, por exemplo, não são aplicadas corretamente no check-out. Em alguns casos, funcionam e, em outros casos, não funcionam. - A cotação off-line (para cobrir a instabilidade do sistema dos Correios) não funcionou corretamente: funcionou para PAC mas não funcionou para Sedex (perdemos muito tempo tentando mas sem sucesso). - Entramos em contato com o suporte para reportar os problemas e, no geral, as respostas não foram conclusivas o que nos deixou com a impressão de que ainda não possuem solução para os problemas reportados. Nem consegui avaliar. Minha loja só faz entrega no Brasil, mas quando instalei o APP não funcionou. Tentei instalar para testar novamente, e agora o APP aparece como incompatível para minha zona de frete (Brasil). Show more
O app parece bom, porém muito limitado, não permite a criação de frete personalizado, frete grátis, frete fixo por CEP, etc.. Espero que um dia disponibilizem essa opção, além de calculo também na página do carrinho. Instalei e veio um email dizendo que iria ser cobrado mensalmente, desinstalei o app vamos ver se não haverá cobrança. Show more
