The app does everything it is supposed to do and has definitely increased our conversion rate. The customer service is good however you do need to do your own spot checking to make sure everything is working well. We have had a few instances where it hasn't but we have found the issues. Once we found them the team got it fixed. Hoping for a returns side of the app and it would be great if it was a little cheaper!

We just launched with Zonos and while we don't have enough experieince with the platform yet to comment on the overall performance in live action over the long term, we can say without a doubt that the onboarding experience was one of the best onboarding experiences we've had in many years of working with many different technology partners.
