Shopify had sent me now that the app might not work properly
I am new to dear lover and have had about 4 orders through them. My service agent is Emma, and she does not ever understand my questions or answers them clearly. Furthermore, I was charged twice for the same order yesterday. Today, I paid for an order, and it reflects as paid, but it still sends emails and says it needs payment before fulfillment. I wish they had a live chat, or customer service number because the response times are slow.
The application just stopped working. Items will not sync to my store any longer. I submitted a support request but never heard back.
I updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars because I had a problem that the app did not update stock in our store though the settings were all correct. However, after I contacted support by email (dropshipping@dear-lover.com ) they were so helpful, very responsive and they fixed the issue
This app is terrible. I reached out for help and got a response once. But now I got two orders waiting, and I cant get ahold of anybody to help. The customer service does not exist. Nice clothes, but this app is a nightmare.
