サポートセンターが神対応です。 電話サポートはないのですがメールでのレスポンスが早くて安心です。また、長い説明などはリモート会議にて丁寧に説明いただけますので電話サポートがなくても問題ありませんでした。 アプリの使い勝手に関しては現在の所、問題ありません。設定も簡単でしたし移行に関してもCSV提供にて有料ではありますがサポートセンターにて対応いただけます。 ポイントは商品毎にきちんと何ポイント加算されるかページに表記されるため、お客様にとっても便利かと思います。 今回、本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。 Show more
