She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and the setup felt much more straightforward with her help. Great service and much appreciated! I'm hoping to have the same experience with Amazon and will update once completed!

The level of aggressive upselling is incredible, and honestly, it's not surprising. They repeatedly urge you to speak with a sales representative over the phone before attempting to resolve issues through chat support. Support is slow and seems designed to frustrate you, encouraging you to switch to a call with their sales team. Avoid this app; it feels like a call center nightmare.
