It works great. My customers can easily download the files via mail. However, that's the one part I don't like. I want to have a direct download button within the confirmation page, so customers can download it right away instead of having to go to their mail. Show more

this app was working fine then randomly stopped working. I can't get in touch with anyone and support tells me "it's been escalated" but it's been 5 days so far and still nothing. All of this is currently happening on black Friday weekend and NONE of my orders are fulfilled. I need to reach out to each customer individually to manually send them what they purchased. I can see that the app "requires an update by app developer" but support was not able to find that (I found it myself) and as of day 5 this is STILL not fixed. Show more
