As a result, I was unexpectedly charged **$289 USD** without any prior clear notification or consent. This is particularly frustrating given that I am already paying a separate monthly subscription fee of over **100 RMB** through their ERP system. The cumulative financial impact is significant, and I feel misled on multiple fronts. I strongly urge the development team and customer support to take this matter seriously.
