Update: Der Kundenservice hat sich freundlich und schnell um mein Anliegen gekümmert. Der Fehler soll jetzt behoben werden. Ursprüngliche Rezension: Alle 3 Monate muss ich mein Passwort im DHL Geschäftskundenportal ändern. Schon mal dämlich genug! Jetzt ist das Passwort geändert, lässt sich aber nicht in der App ändern, sodass diese nutzlos geworden ist. Sehr nervig! Show more
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App. ich verwende DHL Paket National, international und Warenpost. Aufgrund unterschiedlicher Abrechnungsnummern musste kurz der DHL Support technisch unterstützen, was innerhalb von einer Stunde erfolgte und dann funktionierte alles top. App funktioniert grundsätzlich. Jedoch keine Wahl des Wunschtages möglich trotz Aktivierung in den Einstellungen (wir arbeiten sehr viel mit Wunschtagen und müssen in diesem Fall jedes mal manuell die Adressdaten im Geschäftskundenportal erfassen). Supportanfragen bleiben leider unbeantwortet. Schade! Show more
App funktioniert reibungslos. Anfangs hatte ich Problem aufgrund des Safari-Browsers. Der Support hat schnell reagiert und die Nutzung von Chrome empfohlen. Mittlerweile funktioniert auch Safari. Show more
