Die Integration der App war wie alles bei Shopify sehr einfach. Kleinere Einstellungsprobleme wurde vom DHL-Support-Team extrem zeitnah geklärt. Danke noch mal dafür. Ist in der aktuellen Zeit kein Selbstverständnis! Die App vereinfacht den Abwicklungsprozess enorm! Die anstehende Integration der Statusmeldung wird die App dann noch unverzichtbarer machen. Update: Der Kundenservice hat sich freundlich und schnell um mein Anliegen gekümmert. Der Fehler soll jetzt behoben werden. Ursprüngliche Rezension: Alle 3 Monate muss ich mein Passwort im DHL Geschäftskundenportal ändern. Schon mal dämlich genug! Jetzt ist das Passwort geändert, lässt sich aber nicht in der App ändern, sodass diese nutzlos geworden ist. Sehr nervig! Show more
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App. ich verwende DHL Paket National, international und Warenpost. Aufgrund unterschiedlicher Abrechnungsnummern musste kurz der DHL Support technisch unterstützen, was innerhalb von einer Stunde erfolgte und dann funktionierte alles top.
