Jedoch keine Wahl des Wunschtages möglich trotz Aktivierung in den Einstellungen (wir arbeiten sehr viel mit Wunschtagen und müssen in diesem Fall jedes mal manuell die Adressdaten im Geschäftskundenportal erfassen). Supportanfragen bleiben leider unbeantwortet. Schade! Show more
App funktioniert reibungslos. Anfangs hatte ich Problem aufgrund des Safari-Browsers. Der Support hat schnell reagiert und die Nutzung von Chrome empfohlen. Mittlerweile funktioniert auch Safari. Show more

*UPDATE: Da die offizielle App ein totaler Reinfall ist, verwende ich jetzt die easyDHL App eines Drittanbieters. Diese easyDHL-App funktioniert einwandfrei und erspart mir viel Zeit.* Die offizielle DHL App ist der größte Müll. Die neue App ist schlimmer als die alte. Direkt wieder gelöscht. Zum Glück habe ich die alte nicht gelöscht. Falls dies die einzige App wäre, würde ich die Geschäftsbeziehung mit DHL kündigen. DHL ist ein riesen großes Unternehmen und hat keine vernünftigen Programmierer?! Testet Ihr die Benutzerfreundlichkeit der App nicht? Einfach nur lächerlich. Show more
Nach dem neuen Update der App kann man nun die erstellten Label einsehen und auch das Tracking leichter verfolgen! Einfach super! Auch ist der Service bei Fragen super schnell und hilft direkt. Wichtig zu wissen ist bei der Erstellung der Labels, dass man als erstes die Bestellung fullfillen muss, bevor man das Label erstellt. Die Einrichtungs-Anleitung für die App, die unter Hilfe bereit gestellt wird, ist übrigens auch super und hat sehr geholfen beim Einrichten. Weiter so! Show more
