The App was easy to install and does the job, we had a few issues with it which have been solved really fast by the DHL App support. Only negative side, the customs declaration are not made by the App, and need to be done manually, which increase by a lot the work flow. The support told us that this will be changed soon so let´s see. Show more

Support 5/5, Features 4/5 Wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hat ist einem rasant geholfen, selbst Wochenends wurden schon Probleme behoben! Bei den Features fehlt noch das ein oder andere, z.b. Packstationen sind wohl noch nicht implementiert. Von demher hier einen Punkt abzug. Ansonsten lässt sich die App fix einbinden und verwenden. Show more
Die App funktioniert bisher sehr gut. Lediglich ist die Benutzerfreundlichkeit noch ausbaufähig und im Vergleich zur alten App gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Support hat meine Fragen aber blitzschnell, ausführlich und unkomplizierter beantwortet und angemerkt, dass an der Benutzerfreundlichkeit immer weiter gefeilt wird. Show more
