Bespoke Shipping

The best shipping app I have ever used. I have been running ecommerce for over a decade and tried many different solutions, but this is the only one that has worked really well, has a lot of flexibility and gets accurate shipping quotes. Our USPS quotes are exact to the penny. Once you understand how to set everything up, it is a breeze. We have ours setup for free shipping on some products once the cart value hits a certain level, other products can never ship free due to their size, we have special handling for international orders, etc. But the life saver is knowning how many products will fit in a given box size. We have about 2000 skus and 30 different box sizes for our normal shipping. We sell things that are tiny, and some things that are too large for USPS. This app handles them all easily. Service from the company has been great when needed, but we have not needed much. Mostly just nice to ask them a quick question now and then. If you ship a range of products, then you need this app. It will take a while to setup all of your data, but it is well worth it.

Honestly one of the best apps/add-ons I've used in my near 10 years of shopify. Brilliantly versatile, but if there ever has been a question, refinement, adjustment I've been curious about, the customer support from Min has been nothing short of amazing. Very knowledgable, always quick to reply and suggest viable ways of achieving what I'm thinking. Understanding and patient when I perhaps don't describe things very well with my somewhat limited knowledge at the best of times. Just makes the shipping side of things work how it should, and exactly how you want it to work, something very lacking in the basic shopify shipping configurations to say the least. Brilliant app, brilliant service from Min, highly recommend.

This app has incredible functionality and is perfect for our somewhat complex shipping - nothing was an issue. Min was EXTREMELY helpful in the setup. Highly recommend.

We've tried a few different shipping apps and this is hands-down the best. The support is the best I've experienced with any shopify app and the options to use either the Wizard to add shipping rates or the PHP editor to write your own delivery rules make it incredible flexible. Our delivery rates are complex to calculate but this app has made things much easier. Thank you! Show more
