My Experience With CJdropshipping I want to share my experience with CJdropshipping because I believe companies need to hear what their customers are experiencing while it is actually happening—not months later after the customer has already moved on. My experience with CJ has been much more complicated than I expected when I started dropshipping. One of my biggest frustrations has been obtaining basic supplier and fulfillment information that I need to operate properly with the sales channels I am integrated with. There have been multiple situations where information or documentation I needed was either unavailable or could not be provided. I have also had difficulty getting answers to questions that require information directly from the supplier. CJ will sometimes tell me that they need to contact the supplier for the information, but then there can be difficulty getting a response from the supplier. As the customer, that leaves me waiting for information that I need to run my business. **Shipping and tracking have also been a major concern.** I have experienced shipping delays, and the tracking updates do not always feel truly real-time. At times, I have had to wait until the following day to see updates regarding what happened the previous day. When you are running an online business and customers are waiting for their orders, timely tracking information is extremely important. Another area that needs improvement is the **quality and completeness of product listings.** Some products have very limited descriptions, little to no useful product information, or very few photos. In some cases, the product details simply aren't detailed enough to confidently use the listing on my own storefront without doing significant additional work. The **product images can also be problematic.** Some images appear to have supplier or warehouse information edited out using basic image-editing tools, leaving visible artifacts around the product. For example, I have seen images where it is obvious that writing has been erased from the image, leaving behind a noticeable “erased” or edited appearance around the mannequin or hair. That makes the images look unprofessional and can require additional editing before they are suitable for a customer-facing store. There is also the issue of **supplier and warehouse names appearing on product images or information.** If I am trying to build my own brand and storefront, I cannot reasonably use an image that prominently displays another supplier or warehouse name. Customers seeing another company's name on the product image can create confusion about whose brand they are actually purchasing from. Overall, I feel like there is often too much work required on the seller's end to turn some of CJ's product listings into polished, customer-ready listings. I understand that no supplier will be perfect, and I am not expecting everything to be flawless. However, when a supplier is being used alongside platforms with their own shipping, fulfillment, documentation, and compliance requirements, the supplier needs to be able to support those requirements as much as reasonably possible. There are definitely things I like about CJ, which is why I am giving **3 stars rather than 1 star**. However, the combination of shipping issues, delayed tracking updates, difficulty obtaining supplier documentation, difficulty getting supplier responses, incomplete product information, and low-quality or supplier-branded product images has made the overall dropshipping experience more difficult than it needs to be. I am sharing this feedback now because I believe CJ should know what its customers are experiencing **in real time**. I am still evaluating my options and would genuinely like to see improvements because CJ has products and services that could be useful for my business. If these areas improve, I would absolutely be open to updating my review in the future. But based on my experience **right now**, 3 stars feels fair.

I love working with Connie Jin. she has done everything possible to help me understand the app, complete fulfilment, source a product in the US and have even helped me trouble shooting tech issues. She will provide screen shots and explain each step until my store issues are fixed. I highly recommend her. Very patient, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
