App worked well when it did, I have tried on numerous occasions to get help from Zapiet and nobody has ever contacted me back. I am very embarrassed to run my business this way. A lot of unhappy customers, loss of sales and loss of money due to giving a large amount of refunds back to the customers. I like the app but just want it to work for me. I understand that these are tough times but we are all going through them as well. Shame on you Zapiet. Show more

This app has been instrumental in our shift from an entirely in-person retail experience to a more diversified model (thanks to COVID-19). It takes considerable time to ensure that you have it configured just right --and it might not necessarily do everything the way you want-- but it's key that you take the time to understand it and test it after configuration. It's not safe to assume that the way you want something to work/function is always the 'best' way, so keep an open mind about customer workflows. After five weeks of use, this app has been a game-changer for our business. Also, the customer support team has been very helpful on a number of questions. Show more

Getting the configuration to work properly is tricky. However, a great support team is there to back you up. It would be nice if the documentation were more clear for DIY. For what the app does, it seems like the price is a bit high, but it certainly solves a big problem out of the box. Don't try to set it up yourself, add their support staff as a collaborator and get their help, it will save you tons of tears and time. Show more
