Pickup and delivery works very well in both online store and Shopify POS. The Zapiet schedule tile in POS works great. It's a bit unclear where Shopify POS leaves off and Zapiet Pickup + Delivery takes over. Customer support was able to research both and help me navigate the process for both. I look forward to using these 2 together in the future Show more
Too many Bugs. Most recently, the delivery date that the customer placed an order for was incorrect in the system, causing us to miss orders, and their response was "we are working on it, there is no ETA". It was quite smooth earlier, but have been facing too many issues recently. Show more
